Bill grew up and has spent his entire life in the Kankakee area. After graduating from Clifton Central High School, he served in the United States Marine Corps until he was honorably discharged in December, 1983.

That same month, Bill began working for the Ken Johnson Insurance Agency in Clifton, Illinois. CIBC, Inc. was founded by Bill in 1987.

Bill lives in Kankakee with wife Barbara and children Brynn, Brock, Brandt and Olivia.

He sits on the Boards of Directors of the Kankakee Area YMCA, the Kankakee Economic Development Corporation and Kankakee Area Youth for Christ. Bill is also an avid golfer and serves as Chairman of the Kankakee County Amateur Golf Association.

Bill holds two professional designations, Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Employee Benefit Consultant (EBC), and is working toward a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation.



Erin Beck

Erin joined CIBC in 2002 as Executive Administrator and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in December, 2005.

Responsible for CIBC's financial operations, payroll, human resource management, and IT issues, Erin also supervises the daily operations of the administrative and client support staff.

Erin is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Knox College, and volunteers at St. Paul's Lutheran School, Bradley Bourbonnais High School, and St. Joseph's Church. She lives in Bourbonnais with husband Paul and has two teenage sons, one of whom currently serves in the United States Air Force.



Pete DiGiulio

Pete founded DiGiulio Insurance Services in 1988, after a ten years of working with major insurance carriers like Metlife and Blue Cross. Pete merged his Oakbrook-based company with CIBC in 2005 and we are happy to have him and all of his experience as part of the CIBC family. Pete’s Oakbrook office is now the newest CIBC location.

Born in Chicago Heights, IL, Pete received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bradley University and served as a 1st Lieutenant in the National Guard for four years. He and wife Jean have been married for thirty years.

Pete is a member of the DuPage Health Underwriters Association, has served on the Advisory Board of the Evangelical Assembly of God Church in Hanover Park, is an avid golfer and the proud grandfather of one.



Colette Rinehart

Colette joined CIBC in 2005 and as our Small Group Specialist provides group health, dental, life, and disability consulting services to employer groups of 10 lives or fewer. She also provides consulting to our clients who require Individual Health and Disability products.

Colette has worked for over thirty years in Business Administration, primarily for law firms and physicians groups. She brings that experience and her keen understanding of the “Personnel” side of benefits administration to the table when working with small employer groups.

Returning to her native Illinois after thirteen years in California in order to be closer to her family, Colette decided to turn her employee benefits experience into a full time career.

Before joining CIBC in December, 2007, Jeff spent over ten years as a sales professional working with high schools and colleges throughout Illinois. He is a native of the Kankakee area, graduated from Bishop McNamara High School, and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University in Bloomington, Illinois. He lives in Bourbonnais with his wife Sandi and their three children. Jeff is an active community volunteer and member of Kankakee Elks Lodge 627, Kiwanis, and Knights of Columbus.

Responsible for the start up and operation of CIBC's newest location in Central Indiana, Brent joined CIBC in 2005 and provides group health, dental, life and disability consulting services to employer groups of all sizes.

With over 13 years experience in the employee benefits field, Brent has Sales Management experience in both group and individual health, ancillary and voluntary benefits and Section 125 services with Benicorp Insurance, American Fidelity and Golden Rule. Brent lives in Noblesville, Indiana with wife Sue and children Andrew and Lauren.




Barbara Johnson

Barbara was born and raised in Kankakee County and is a graduate of Herscher High School. She joined CIBC in 1992.

Barbara handles all professional licensing and license related issues for CIBC and its agents. She also develops CIBC's relationships with group health insurance carriers, manages the CIBC facilities, and handles all purchasing.

Barb lives in Kankakee with husband Bill and has four children. She is an active volunteer with Kankakee Area Youth for Christ, recently acting as Chairperson for that organization Annual Dinner and Silent Auction.



Michelle Lombardi

Michelle was born in Kankakee and graduated from Heresy High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Michelle joined CIBC as a Benefit Analyst in 2002, after returning to Kankakee from North Carolina, where she and husband Kristopher were stationed during his tour of duty in the US Marine Corps. Michelle was promoted to her current position in August, 2004.

Michelle coordinates group renewal preparation, prepares the CIBC Market-Complete Analysis and client proposals, develops and expands CIBC-carrier relationships and monitors the market for conditions, pricing and new product development. She also conducts enrollment meetings and employee education sessions.

Michelle lives in Bradley with her husband, a Kankakee police officer, and their three young children. She is currently working toward her Life/Health Insurance license, and has received extensive training in consumer-drive healthcare plans, health reimbursement and health savings accounts, as well as detailed education on traditional plans.



Brynn Schultz

Brynn was also born and raised in Kankakee, and began her professional career with us in 2004 after graduating from Herscher High School.

As a CIBC Benefit Analyst, Brynn is responsible for completing the CIBC Market-Complete Analysis for potential and established CIBC clients and preparing renewals and proposals.

Brynn continues to further her professional development by focusing on new group insurance products and marketing strategies.



Reva Wolfe

Reva is also a Kankakee native, and attended Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais after attending Bradley-Bourbonnais High Schools and graduating from Hattiesburg High School in Hattiesburg, MS.

Reva has provided exemplary customer service to CIBC client employees since joining the firm in 1994. She is an expert client advocate: resolving claim issues, providing assistance with benefit interpretation and coordination, and handling frequently-asked health insurance questions. Reva is also vital in the planning of Employee Benefit and Health Fairs.

Reva has one son, Christian, and is active volunteer at his school and their family church.

Jenny made a career move to CIBC in December, 2005 after working for health insurer Cigna for eight years. Her familiarity and insider knowledge of the health insurance carrier industry has made her an important addition to the CIBC client service and advocacy team.

Jenny graduated from Herscher High School and attended both Kankakee Community College and Olivet Nazarene University. She lives in Limestone Township with husband Rick and her two young children.



Danelle Malmer

Danelle's is the friendly voice you will usually first hear when you call CIBC. In addition to her Reception duties, Danelle also provides valuable support to Jenny and Reva in her role as Assistant Account Manager.

Danelle joined CIBC in early 2006, after five years with Barnes & Noble, where she climbed the ladder from part-time bookseller to second-in-command. Raised in Manteno, Danelle now lives in Clifton, IL with husband Adam and their three children.
